Deletion Policy

How deletion requests are handled for accounts, business records, and support data.

Company-controlled data

Company owners control the business data created in their workspace, including products, customer records, and operational settings. Sensitive changes should be reviewed before deletion because they can affect reports and order history.

Customer and account deletion

If a user wants account deletion or data removal, the request should be sent through the company owner or Airwaves support so the impact on routes, orders, audit trails, and stock records can be verified first.

Marketplace order records

Completed or active order records may be retained for operational accountability, delivery verification, and stock reconciliation even after an account is disabled.

Support and demo submissions

Support conversations and demo requests may be kept for service follow-up, issue history, and internal response tracking unless a valid deletion request requires removal.
