Each account holder must keep login credentials secure, use accurate company or personal information, and avoid sharing access outside the authorized team.
Products shown in the marketplace are published by registered industries. Customers may request quotes or place direct orders, and the responsible company remains accountable for pricing, stock accuracy, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
Route logs, stock quantities, sales records, and customer notes are stored to support company operations. Airwaves may use this data to render dashboards, reports, alerts, and audit trails inside the workspace.
Features, pricing references, and operational workflows may be updated as the system evolves. Super admins can also change public pricing values without changing the current free-use mode.
