Marketplace product payments
For marketplace orders, customers can choose among the payment methods configured by the selling company, including cash on delivery or bank transfer where available.
Company responsibility
The selling company is responsible for providing accurate payment instructions, confirming receipts, and handling delivery or quote follow-up with the customer.
Stock and order effect
A direct purchase order reduces product stock immediately. Quote requests do not reduce stock until the company processes the order separately.
